Eric Neuyou, President and Chairman of the Board
With a combined 17+ years of experience in the economic research, customer services, education, and global supply chain at Walmart, Eric Neuyou has developed over the years a passion for academia research and student empowerment as a powerful tool to promote economic development.
Eric is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Economics and an Instructor of Macroeconomics at Walton college (University of Arkansas). Born and raised in a coffee farm in Nkongsamba, a rural town in the Littoral region of Cameroon, Africa, Eric learned from his parents at a young age the importance of faith, education, hard work, and entrepreneurship.
In July 2005, Eric graduated with a master’s in international business from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon. He worked from 2005-2008 as an instructor of monetary economy at “Institut Ndi-Samba Superieur”, a local college in Yaoundé, Cameroon. In that role, he led a student center for excellence that improved students’ performance to national exams from 65% to 92%.
From 2005 to 2008, Eric and his wife operated a tutoring business called “Group NANA” that successfully trained and placed more than 300 students from disadvantaged background into top administration and specialized engineering schools of Cameroon. After moving to U.S. in 2008 with his wife as recipients of the DV lottery program, Eric worked in several leadership roles within Walmart stores and corporate office. Eric earned an MBA at the University of Central Arkansas.
Eric is actively involved in serving the community, having led his Walmart team community events from 2015-2017 and volunteering with his family at Helping Hands and Goodwill. He served as the president of NWA solidarity from 2017-2019. Eric is also involved in the discipleship ministry in Africa through Fellowship Bible Church and the Influencers. He and his wife Adeline have three children and all live in Centerton, AR.

Adeline Neuyou, Vice-President
Adeline is currently a senior student in Public Health at the University of Arkansas. She moved to the U.S. with her husband Eric in September 2008. Adeline has worked mostly in the healthcare as a home healthcare agent and a certified nurse assistant.
She and her husband are active volunteers at Helping Hands and Fellowship Bible church. Alongside her husband, Adeline has a strong passion for economic development through practical education of the disadvantaged children of poor communities in Cameroon. She and her husband live in Centerton with their three children.

Paul Wilson, Treasurer
Paul Wilson is a Community Bank President at INTRUST Bank with over 20 years of banking experience and more than a decade of senior level leadership. Paul, along with his wife, are small business owners of Showcase Trophy and Awards, which they've owned since 2013.
Paul is a founding member of the Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders, former President of the 7Hills Homeless Center board, former Treasurer of Single Parent Scholarship Fund Benton County, a committee member of the Mercy Health Foundation Corporate Partners Council, and actively serves at Fellowship Bible Church. Paul is a Leadership Benton County and Leadership Arkansas alumnus and has served in leadership roles within numerous nonprofits.
He was named recipient of the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal's Fast 15 in 2010, was awarded the Greenest Initiative Award for his work with the Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders' Sustainability Team, recognized as a Champion for Youth Volunteer of the Year award from the Boys & Girls Club of Benton County, and recipient of the 2020 Northwest Arkansas Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award. Paul earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from Wichita State University and completed the Schools of Banking Commercial Lending program. Paul and his wife, Gayla, have been married for 21 years and have two children in high school.

Scott Bennington, Secretary
Scott is a Wealth Advisor with Heritage Oak Wealth Advisors. After owning and running a successful chiropractic clinic for 12 years, he sold the clinic and transitioned back to his first career in financial planning. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Exago Ministries which serves to equip worldwide leaders and organizations with coaching, consulting and support raising. In addition, he’s active in Fellowship Bible Church and has led multiple Influencer Men’s Bible studies.
Previous to his professional life, Scott served in the United States Air Force for 6 years, with service overseas as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. He received his undergrad degrees in Finance and Financial Planning from Kansas State University and his Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland University. Scott and his wife, Rachel, reside in Rogers with their 3 children where is he heavily involved in their school and activities coaching and supporting.

Yannick Manfouo Sonwa, Contractor and Designer - Flourishing Seeds Inc. Partner in Cameroon
Yannick Manfouo is a Designer and implementation engineer with more than 15 years of experience. He is a dedicated engineer who always put his knowledge and experience to the benefit of the group. Some of his skills include the control of construction works of buildings and public works, setting up of the DAO/DCE and, tender file, quality control, feasibility and, execution of tasks, drawing up work progress, schedules, design of several projects such as villas, duplexes, buildings, structures and others.
Yannick went to school in Cameroon where he earned a Bachelor of F4 BA at the Technical High School of Dschang, B.T.S at the University Fotso Victor of Bandjoun, and a professional certificate/License at ISTDI in building and public works. He has an extensive list of achievements including the construction of the Ministry of Transport in Yaoundé (Central Post Office), the construction of the pharmacy LA MOISSON in Yaoundé (Central Post), the construction of a conference room, party and games of the MERINA HOTEL in Yaoundé; R+3 building with accessible roof terrace and swimming pool.

Nganso Leopold Edgard, Technology Advisor - Flourishing Seeds Inc. Partner in Cameroon
Nganso Leopold is currently a business owner of a computer and real estate enterprise in Yaoundé, Cameroon. He spent most of his life in France where he went at a very young age. He attended the University of Paris VII Juisseu, where he earned a bachelor and a master’s degree in computer science.
He continued his education at the Paris Institute of higher studies where he specialized in software design and earned his engineering degree in software designer in 1988. He has worked for several companies in France such Securitas, Intercomposants, Iforest, Switel, and NBS. He is the president and CEO of Top Info Net that offers training courses and maintenance services in computers science.
